Recommendations for Use when painting with our Neons:
It is recommended to start the neons with a base of "Ground Control" which is Daydream Apothecary's special formula but with no pigments, so it is a pure white. This is to get the purest color of neon. However, you can use other colors if desired under the Neons, it just may lead to different hues. It is also suggested to mix 20% of Ground Control into the Neons, to create better coverage and enhance ease of use. See separate listing for Ground Control
Daydream Apothecary paint is water-based and sticks to almost any surface, including metal, glass and wood. You can use indoor or outdoor (when appropriately sealed), and its thin consistency means a little goes a long way while still providing exceptional, pigmented coverage.
